Easy Reference Guide to Plugged In

Help Is Only a Click Away!
If you need assistance, click the red Help tab near the top of your screen, or click the blue Help link near the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Click and Go!
Across the top of the screen are the tabs
you use to access the various transaction screens. The blue task bar below the tabs shows the various functions that are covered by each tab.

Account Summary
Click the Account Summary tab. Scroll down to see all your accounts.

History
1. Click the Account Summary tab.
2. Click History from the task bar.
3. Select an account from the Account drop-down field.
4. Select a timeframe from the History Type
drop-down field.
5. Click the Submit button.

Transaction Search
1. Click the Account Summary tab.
2. Click History from the task bar.
3. Select an account from the Account drop-down field.
4. Select Transaction Search from the History Type
drop-down field.
5. Click the Submit button.
6. Complete the applicable fields, depending on
whether you want to search by date, amount, or
type of transaction (credit or debit).
7. Click the Submit button.

One-Time Transfer
1. Click the Transfer tab.
2. Click the One-Time Transfer button.
3. Select the account from which the funds are to be withdrawn by clicking the From Account drop-down field.
4. Do one of the following:
  • To transfer the funds to a trailer under your primary account, select a trailer from the To Own Account field.
  • To transfer the funds to a trailer under another account on which you are the primary member or joint owner, select an account from the To Another Account drop-down field, and then type the trailer number in the Suffix field.
    5. Type the amount of the transfer in the Amount field (use the decimal point to indicate cents).
6. Do one of the following:
  • To transfer the funds today, accept the default and go to Step 7.
  • To transfer the funds on a future date, click the round button to the left of Future Transfer and then type the 2-digit month and 2-digit day in the fields provided. If necessary, type the 4-digit year.
7. Click the Submit button. Follow the on-screen
instructions.

Recurring Transfer
1. Click the Transfer tab.
2. Click the Recurring Transfer button.
3. Select the account from which the funds are to be withdrawn by clicking the From Account drop-down field.
4. Do one of the following:
  • To transfer the funds to a trailer under your primary account, select a trailer from the To Own Account field.
  • To transfer the funds to a trailer under another account on which you are the primary member or joint owner, select an account from the To Another Account drop-down field, and then type the trailer number in the Suffix field.
5. Type the amount of the transfer in the Amount field (use the decimal point to indicate cents).
6. Type the date you want the automatic transfers to begin in the Transfer Start Date field (mm/dd/ccyy).
7. Select the frequency from the Transfer Frequency drop-down field.
8. Click the Submit button. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Transfer History
1. Click the Transfer tab.
2. Click the Transfer History button.

E-Statements
1. Click the E-Statement tab.
2. Do one of the following:
  • If you have not already enrolled in CUe-Statementsm, follow the on-screen instructions.
    You will be able to view your statements immediately upon enrolling.
  • If you have already enrolled in CUe-Statement, click the Continue button to view your statement.

Apply for a Loan
1. Click the Loan Application tab.
2. Complete the on-screen instructions.

Statement Request
1. Click the Services tab.
2. Select an account from the Account drop-down field.
3. Type the beginning and ending dates (mm/ccyy) for the desired statements in the From and To fields, respectively.
4. Click the Submit button.

Stop Payment
1. Click the Services tab.
2. Click Stop Payment from the task bar.
3. Type your name in the Contact Name field (if it
does not already appear there).
4. Type a telephone number where you can be reached in the Daytime Phone field.
5. Select the account from the Account drop-down field.
6. Do one of the following:
  • To stop payment on a single check, type the check number in the Number field, the date written on the check in the Date On Check field, the name of the payee in the Payee field, and the amount of the check in the Amount field.
  • To stop payment on a range of checks, type the beginning check number in the Begin field, and type the ending check number in the End field.
7. Select a reason for the stop payment from the Reason drop-down field.
8. Click the Submit button. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Check Withdrawal
1. Click the Services tab.
2. Click the Check Withdrawal from the task bar.
3. Select an account from the Account drop-down field.
4. Type an amount in the Amount field. Use the decimal point to indicate cents.
5. Click the Submit button. Follow the on-screen
instructions.

Check Reorder
1. Click the Services tab.
2. Click Check Reorder from the task bar.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Read an E-Mail Message
1. Click the E-Mail tab.
2. Click the empty circle to the left of the message you want to read.
3. Click the Read Message button.
4. Do one of the following:
  • To reply to the message, click the Reply Message button.
  • To save the message, click the Save Message button.
  • To delete the message, click the Delete Message button.

Send an E-Mail Message
1. Click the E-Mail tab.
2. Click the Send Message button.
3. Type the subject of the e-mail in the Subject field.
4. Type the message in the large message box.
5. Click the Send Message button.

Delete an E-Mail Message
1. Click the E-Mail tab.
2. Click the empty circle to the left of the message you want to delete.
3. Click the Delete Message button.

Change Your Password
1. Click the Preferences tab.
2. Type your old password in the Old password field.
3. Type your new password in the New password field.
4. Type your new password again in the Confirm new
password field.
5. Click the Submit button.

Enter Your Notification E-Mail Address
1. Click the Preferences tab.
2. Click Notification from the task bar. If you have
never set up an e-mail address before, a special
screen displays.
3. Enter your e-mail address in the space provided.
4. Click the Continue button.

Change Your Notification E-Mail Address
1. Click the Preferences tab.
2. Click Notification from the task bar.
3. Click the Edit button to the right of your current
notification e-mail address field.
4. Type your new e-mail address in the E-Mail field.
5. Click the Submit button.

Set up Notification of Secure E-Mail
1. Click the Preferences tab.
2. Click Notification from the task bar.
3. Click the Set up System Notification button.
4. Click the box to the right of Click here to receive
notification of secure e-mail.
5. Click the Submit button.

Set up Balance Notification
1. Click the Preferences tab.
2. Click Notification from the task bar.
3. Click the Set up Balance Notification button.
4. Select an account from the Account drop-down field.
5. Do one or both of the following:
  • To enter a minimum-balance notification, type the amount in the Balance falls below field.
  • To enter a maximum-balance notification, type the amount in the Balance rises above field.
6. Click the Submit button.

Change Timeout
1. Click the Preferences tab.
2. Click Change Timeout from the task bar.
3. Type the number of minutes of inactivity allowed in the New Setting box.
4. Click the Update button. The new setting will take effect in your next session.
