Plugged In is our new online account access service that enables you to use your personal computer to access your credit union accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Internet.

You'll appreciate how quick and easy it is to perform financial transactions, such as:
- Viewing current account balances, including detailed histories
- Downloading transaction history into personal financial software such as Microsoft Money(r) and Intuit Quicken(r)
- Transferring funds between accounts, including setting up automatic transfers
- Applying for loans
- Requesting check withdrawals, stop payments, and statement copies
- Re-ordering checks
- Setting up balance and secure e-mail notifications
- Communicating with your credit union via secure e-mail
How to Enroll
If you are already a member of Saco Valley Credit Union, simply fill out and return an application to the credit union.
Once we have received your application and have set you up as a user, you can start enjoying the convenience of Plugged In.
First-Time Users
1. Verify that your system meets the minimum requirements (see below).
2. Access Plugged In through this link.
Once the Plugged In Welcome page displays, you might want to "bookmark" the page or add it to your "Favorites" for quick access in the future.
3. Click the Logon button at the left of your screen.
4. Enter your User ID (your account number) and your authorized password provided to you by your credit union. Click the Logon button.
5. You will be prompted to change your password. Follow the on-screen instructions.
6. The first screen to display is the Account Summary, which shows you all your accounts at a glance.
From here you can perform any of the functions shown on the tab bar. If you need help, click the red Help tab or the blue Help link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
